Made to order items: Processing time it’s 5 to 10 working days.

Ready to ship items: Processing time 3 to 5 working days.

Shipping is generally quoted as being 10 to 14 days. Most parcels arrive within 10 days worldwide and 7 days EU.

Returns can be mailed back at your cost If:

1. The goods are not as described or you receive the wrong item.

2. The goods have been purchased no more than 2 weeks prior.

3. No returns will be offered for ‘made to order’ products.

4. Refund must be agreed to before the item is mailed back.

Once the goods have been received the refund shall be issued for the total price excluding mail costs.
